SOUL 2 SOUL SISTERS notes that Black and other oppressed groups are disproportionately impacted by data collection practices and privacy abuses from all entities including government and private sectors. As Black people are often targeted, harmed, and exploited through surveillance, policing, and algorithmic bias, Soul 2 Soul Sisters will not voluntarily share information or data provided to the organization with any third-party for any purpose other than as described in this Privacy Policy.

Soul 2 Soul Sisters operates the http://soul2soulsisters.org website (the “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) a Service which provides reproductive and racial justice programming focused on Black healing, health & joy, Black civic engagement & policy, ending anti-Black racism, and reparations.

Your privacy is very important to us. This page is used to inform our website visitors of the terms of our Privacy Policy, including the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information. If you choose to use our Services, then you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. Personal Information

The information that we collect will primarily be used to contact you or provide you with our Services or Programs. Please note that any demographic information you provide maybe used to provide statistical information for funding and grant reporting purposes, internal research and/or community development, or to identify policy related issues that impact specific areas.

Registering for programs with Soul 2 Soul Sisters, adding yourself to our mailing list, purchasing items from our store, donating funds, or engaging with our impact data and civic engagement work are examples of how we collect Personal Information. Personal Information is used to communicate with you, fulfill requests, track donations, respond to inquiries, and to provide and improve Soul 2 Soul Sisters Services & Programs. Our mailing list information is collected by Action Network, described in more detail below.

Our website also utilizes the services of third-party service providers to manage certain functionalities accessible through our website. For example, we collect personal information for our mailing list subscriptions through a website maintained by Action Network, and donations to our organization are collected through Donorbox, through links from our website. In these instances, Action Network and Donorbox act as data processors, collecting and then making your information available to us. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party service providers for additional information about how information is collected and shared by these entities.

For users that provide information through the “contact us” feature on our website, the information is collected through a plugin on the website and stored in our website database.

The third-party plugin does not have any access to the information you submit, and we do not share it with them.

Please note that we may transfer, store and process your personal information outside the
country you live in, as our services are maintained within the United States. Your personal
information is also processed by staff and third-party service providers and partners in this

Children's Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
