Kim brings nearly two decades of experience as an education and design professional, recognized for her integrity, ingenuity, and idealism. Her collaborative approach emphasizes the power of community-driven innovation, fostering spaces where both people and projects flourish. Deeply rooted in love-based principles, Kim is dedicated to nurturing connections and relationships within the organization and beyond. As a first-generation Haitian American who embraces the title of Tati (or Aunt, in Haitian Creole) to beloved family and community members, her cultural heritage enriches her leadership and communication styles. Of all the laudable values held by Soul 2 Soul Sisters, Kim strives to embody the values of love, self-defined freedom and community-growth to help guide the organization towards a brighter, more inclusive future.
