Pleasure During Postpartum: Reclaiming the Body After Birth
It’s Black Maternal Health Week and we’re rooting in justice and joy!
This space invites participants to gently reconnect with their bodies after birth through the lens of pleasure, not pressure. Together, we explore how pleasure can support healing, nervous system regulation, and a renewed sense of self during the postpartum period. Moving beyond narrow ideas of sexuality, this space centers rest, touch, nourishment, and emotional safety as essential forms of pleasure. Participants will be guided through reflection and simple embodied practices to support reconnection, consent with self, and honoring a changing body. This offering is for anyone navigating postpartum who desires a softer, more supported return to their body and sense of aliveness.
This is a FREE event for community members. Please RSVP here.
