A Walk With GirlTrek

GirlTREK is a life-saving sisterhood. “We are a campaign to heal intergenerational trauma, fight systemic racism, and transform Black lives.” Soul 2 Soul Sisters is partnering with them to give you an easy walk to help you rest your mind, enter nature through light movement and experience heart to heart connections with one another. We will have prompts and reflection questions throughout the walk to make this an even deeper grounding experience.
