Creating Your Love-Based Visual Representation of 2025

Start 2025 by immersing yourself in an empowering and imaginative journey of self-love. This workshop invites you to center on self-love as the foundation for this love-based revolution that begins within. Together, we’ll create personalized visual representations of our dreams and goals for the year ahead. You will create one of the following to manifest your 2025 vision:
A physical or digital vision board to visually anchor your goals;
A letter to your future self, capturing your hopes and intentions;
A recording where you articulate your visions aloud, bringing them to life; or
A playlist that inspires and aligns with your dreams.
According to the Dagara cosmology, African medicine wheel, 2025 is an Earth element year whose main themes deal with the mother energy, inviting us home to family, community, and the Earth. This workshop will guide us in manifesting love-based intentions around belonging, connection, and rootedness.
Workshop Flow:
🌿 Part 1: Guided Reflection and Heart-Opening
Through meditation, journaling, and introspection, we’ll reflect on questions that open the door to your inner dreams and desires. What do you want to create, nurture, or call into your life this year? How can love guide your intentions?
🎨 Part 2: Creative Manifestation
Bring your visions to life by creating your chosen representation. Visual stimuli help focus thoughts, emotions, and actions, keeping your intentions at the forefront of your mind. We’ll also vision boards or key insights at the end of the workshop (optional).
What to Bring:
For a physical vision board: Gather magazines, scissors, glue, paper, and other creative materials.
For a digital vision board: Use tools like Canva, Pinterest, PowerPoint or Word.
For a recording: Select your preferred recording tool (e.g., phone, computer).
For a playlist: Have access to your favorite music platform.
