Lauren Johnson (she/her/hers) is a Southern California native and earned her Bachelor’s Degree at Howard University in Washington, DC. She is currently pursuing her Master’s of Divinity at Iliff School of Theology in Denver, CO with a concentration in Womanist Pastoral Care. Lauren is passionate about matters of Black Women’s hearts and her ministerial path is to help Black womxn who’ve survived emotional, relational, and spiritual trauma return to their first loves—the Divine and self. She is currently Soul 2 Soul Sisters’s Practicum Resident and provides assistance to all areas of S2SS. Lauren plans to become a licensed minister and to establish a public ministry focused on healing Black Womxn’s hearts. Lauren is also a graphic + web designer and owner of Providence & Design, LLC. She enjoys spending time with friends, good wine, anything floral, and basking in the sun.
