Our racial and economic justice programming empowers communities to dismantle systemic inequalities and build a more equitable world. We are dedicated to amplifying Black liberation by championing transformative policies and initiatives that address the unique challenges faced by Black communities through grassroots activism, community-driven economic development, equitable access to resources to ensure that every individual has the opportunity to thrive.
We are committed to addressing systemic economic inequalities and empowering Black Beloveds. The REJ team is leading in the organization’s love-based revolution toward ending anti-Black racism and white supremacy including the development of the curriculum and facilitation of racial justice programming with both virtual and in-person workshops and cohorts.

Mutual Aid + Financial Literacy
The only program of its kind, Soul 2 Soul Sisters hosts Facing Racism cohorts educating and providing tools to people committed to ending anti-Black racism by centering the experiences Black women and femmes. This experience provides opportunities for all people to heal from the wounds established by white supremacy and create action plans for our collective liberation.
Soul 2 Soul Sisters advances the Reparations movement by providing comprehensive Reparations programming to foster awareness, understanding, and support. We distribute and uplift educational tools and resources; facilitate platforms for reparationists; and build a coalition of supporters that provide mutual aid and programmatic assistance for Black Beloveds NOW.
We provide immediate, lifesaving financial assistance to Black Beloveds and their families facing economic hardship. In addition to the cash payments, we provide a comprehensive list of resources on our website for Black Beloveds in need, including housing resources, transportation services, childcare options, food access, mental health support, health resources, and social wellbeing services. We provide educational resources on financial literacy, equipping families with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate financial challenges, build wealth, and secure long-term stability.
