SUMMARY:Budgeting for Black Babies: Colorado Springs Session
DESCRIPTION:Budgeting for Black Babies is a heart-centered\, practical financial literacy series designed for Black parents and caregivers who are raising the next generation with intention\, love\, and a plan. Whether you’re preparing for baby’s arrival or navigating the toddler years with diapers in one hand and dreams in the other\, this series meets you where you are. Through culturally rooted tools\, affirming guidance\, and real-talk budgeting strategies\, we explore everything from baby shower savings and monthly baby budgets to long-term wealth planning and financial self-care for parents. We’re building more than budgets — we’re building legacies. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about preparation. It’s about shifting from survival mode to stability. It’s about equipping Black families to move in power — one money move at a time.

This workshop will guide us in manifesting love-based intentions around belonging\, connection\, and rootedness. \nGet registered: https://actionnetwork.org/ticketed_events/creating-your-love-based-visual-representation-of-2025 \nWorkshop Flow:\n🌿 Part 1: Guided Reflection and Heart-Opening\nThrough meditation\, journaling\, and introspection\, we’ll reflect on questions that open the door to your inner dreams and desires. What do you want to create\, nurture\, or call into your life this year?
